Billing and Print deadlines: Rates are per issues.  Billing is process 10 days prior to print, payment for the first month is due upon approval of proof.  Payment plans are available, add must be paid in full prior to print.  Payments are accepted by credit or debit card, paypal or checks.

Artwork Requirements & Digital Submission Guidelines

 

Artwork & Digital Submissions: Files can be submitted via email, ftp or disk at 300 dpi or higher in .pdf, jpeg, tif.  Ads must be designed within the exact physical ad size specifications.

 

Publisher reserves the right to refuse any submitted content deemed not in the best interest of Harlem Weddings.  Content deadline is 15 days prior to print.
